Yes, ownership is fully deeded. Belize follows British common law and allows foreign freehold ownership. We recommend independent legal and tax advice.
Is there a rental program?

What is the main airport, and how do I get to the island?
Fly into Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport (BZE), connect to San Pedro (SPR) by a short domestic flight, then take a private boat transfer to Emerald Caye.
How long is the journey from North America?
Frequent flights to BZE from Miami, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Toronto. Transfer times vary by season.
