Six Senses Belize (“The Resort”) and the residences located adjacent or in proximity to the Resort (The “Residential Villas”) are not owned, developed or sold by Six Senses Americas IP LLC or their respective affiliates (Collectively “Six Senes”)

Six Senses is not a partner, co-developer, co-seller, co-issuer, co-venturer, sponsor, promoter or endorser of, nor is otherwise related to, the project except as licensor of brand trademarks and manager of the Resort and one or more condominium or similar associations with respect to the Residential Villas.

Six Senses has not and does not make any representations, warranties or guaranties whatsoever with respect to the Residential Villas or any part thereof, and Six Sense has not confirmed the accuracy of any of the marketing or sales materials and is not acting as an agent or broker for the seller.  Purchaser will not acquire any right to use any Six Senses trademarks by virtue of the purchase.   In connection with any purchase, purchaser and seller will waive and release six sense from and against any claims or liabilities relation to the marketing, sale or development of the Resort and the Residential Villas.
